Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority (CCUSA)


Campbell County Utilities and Service Authority provides water and sewer coverage for areas of the county where dense development has occurred or is projected to occur. Established in 1964, CCUSA is independent of the county and is responsible for entering contracts, acquiring, and constructing water and sewer infrastructure. Town of Altavista


The Town of Altavista provides public water and sewer service to residents and businesses in and around the town.

  • Connection Fee - $1,500 in town and $3,000 out of town
  • Monthly Fee - $2.18 per 1,000 gallons (Residential and Business), $2.14 per 1,000 gallons (Industrial)

Sewer

  • Monthly Fee - $3.07 per 1,000 gallons (Residential and Business), $3.14 per 1,0000 gallons (Industrial)

Brookneal provide miles of public water and sewer service to residents and businesses throughout the town.

  • Connection Fee - $35
  • Minimum monthly fee - $27.50 (up to 2,000 gallons of water consumed)
  • Monthly rate - $6.80 per 1,000 gallons (over 2,000 gallons consumed)

Sewer


  • Minimum monthly fee - $15.50 up to 2,000 gallons treated
  • Monthly rate - $2.66 per 1,000 gallons (over 2,000 gallons consumed)
